Daudnagar College, Daudnagar, a premier institute of higher education in the far-flung rural area of Magadh division, Daudnagar sub. The division was established on 1st May 1970. The mission of this College is to cater to quality higher education to the sons of downtrodden and poor farmers, who are mainly of backward & SC Categories. Dr. Shyamdeo Prasad was the first president and Dr. Ram Parikha Singh Yadav was the first secretary of the Governing Body of the College in the year of its establishment. Dr.Gojwadan Sharma was the first principal of this College. This college got its affiliation from Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya in the year 1972 and Converted into a Constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya on 30th. Sep. 1980 due to hard efforts made by Sri Roop Narayan Singh the third principal of this college.
The College is situated in peaceful surroundings of agricultural lands about 1.5 km. north Bhakaruan more and few yards east of Patna Road NH -98. The college has got its own building spread over in 11 acres 53 decimals landed area.
The college imparts Intermediate to Under Graduate level of education in science & Arts stream. The unit of arts & cultures, NSS and sports are functioning in college and helping the youth energy towards positivity.
